The division
Fit is the whole argument in menswear.
The commonest failure in menswear made far from its market is a pattern developed for one body and rescaled for another — sleeves that read short, rises that sit wrong, jackets that fit the chest and miss the shoulder.
We keep separate blocks for European fits and run fit sessions on European models, in person or on video. Every approved block is stored, so next season starts from a known garment rather than a fresh guess.

Every fitting is written down with photographs and the exact change agreed. By the third sample the conversation is about millimetres.
