Working with us

Five steps, no ceremony.

A conversation, a brief, a sample, an order. We supply the United Kingdom and Europe.

How it starts

From a first call to a first order.

Talk to us

Tell us the garment, roughly what it should cost and roughly when you need it. By the end of the call we will have said whether we are the right factory. Sometimes we are not.

Send what you have

A drawing, a mood board, or best of all a garment you already sell. If you have no drawing, our studio will make one as part of the development.

We come back with a price

Broken down so you can see what you are paying for, not a single number you cannot question.

Sampling

Made in our own sample room, photographed and measured. We change it until it is right — most programmes settle in two or three rounds.

Production

You get a schedule with dates on it and a named person for each stage.

Samples

Charged, then credited back.

We charge for samples and credit it against your first order. Free sampling fills a sample room with work nobody intends to buy and slows down the brands who are serious.

Changes during development are part of the job, not something we bill you for twice.

Delivery

We supply the United Kingdom and Europe, by sea or by air.

Getting it to you

Two ways, your choice.

By sea

The usual route for a production run.

By air

For a launch, a repeat or anything a date depends on. Priced when we quote, never as a surprise.

To your door

We can take it all the way to your warehouse and handle the paperwork, or hand it over at the port if you would rather use your own freight company.

Meet us

In Seoul, or in Europe.

Buyers are welcome at the studio and the factory floor, and we would rather you saw it than took our word for it.

We also exhibit at the main European fabric and clothing fairs, and our European team travels to buyers. Ask and we will come to you.

One line about the garment is enough to start.
