The division
Controlling the fabric is controlling the garment.
A factory that buys fabric on the open market can only apologise when a shade fails or a garment shrinks. Since we took on our own mill we have owned the steps that cause most of those problems, so we can fix them instead of explaining them.
A team works on nothing but new constructions and finishes, which is why a good share of what we ship uses a fabric that did not exist a couple of years ago.

Fabrics that move moisture and hold their shape, for activewear and mid-layers.
Recycled polyester
Shells, linings, fleece and wadding made from recycled fibre, without a drop in performance.
Blends
Lyocell, linen and wool blends for drape, handle and warmth.
Colour
Matched, approved and signed off before anything is cut.

Done here.
Digital print
No screens to pay for and no limit on colours, which is what makes a small first run possible.
Sublimation
For polyester activewear and outerwear, printed to the cutting line so a graphic lands where the pattern says.
Screen print
The economical choice at volume on repeating prints, with our own engraving so a correction does not cost a week.
Dyeing
Piece dyeing for colour accuracy, garment dyeing for the washed handle that has carried casualwear for a decade.
Using less water
Our dye house runs low-water machines with heat recovery on every line, and the water it does use is treated on site.

You approve a design and a price. We source and develop the fabric, buy the trims, make the samples, produce, check, label, pack and deliver.
